Do you find yourself loathing yourself on Monday mornings? Feeling pitiful about what you ate on the weekend? Ready to start yet another diet, but end up giving into temptation for that one last croissant? Ending up with a feeling of guilt, shame and a sense of defeat?

Life doesn't have to be that way.
Monday mornings can be merry.

Take it from me -
I am someone who has been on a diet for over 20 years! Always feeling the pressure to look 'perfect' according to society's standards - chasing every diet in order to 'fit in' -into society and into to those ideal sized pants. Little did i know, that DIETS DON'T WORK!
​
It was only in my early 30's - when I was at my peak weight - having gained 15 kgs in 5 years - when I started to listen to my body. I heard the voice inside me - tell me that something was not right. Despite being on a "diet" I was the heaviest I had ever been, always stressed and longing to feel healthy, vibrant and refreshed.
​
It wasn't until I decided to kick the diets, learned to love myself and changed my lifestyle - that I began to reclaim my health.
​
A few years down the road, I wanted to extend my knowledge of the DIET-FREE healthy life and inspire others to begin their own healthy journey by furthering my studies as a Certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NYC.
​
And now, I am ready to inspire YOU with my passion for YOU to BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF with me as your PERSONAL Health Coach.
